How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within:

USA & Canada: 7-14 business days

Europe & UK: 7-14 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 8-14 business days

Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind, as all items are made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with proof. What if my package is lost or delayed?
