We offer a 14-day return period for all customers, regardless of location. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- Returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Eligibility

If your product arrives broken or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll refund or replace it at no extra cost. -
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery window, we’ll issue a refund or resend the item. -
Change of Mind
All customers have 14 days to return items for any reason — including buyer's remorse — as long as the item is unused and in resaleable condition.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot offer refunds if:
- The item has been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way
- The return is requested after the 14-day window
- The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if relevant)
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us within the 14-day return window.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement. If it’s delayed:
