We offer a 14-day return period for all customers, regardless of location. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Returned in the original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

We’ll issue a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    If your product arrives broken or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll refund or replace it at no extra cost.
  • Lost or Undelivered Orders
    If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery window, we’ll issue a refund or resend the item.
  • Change of Mind
    All customers have 14 days to return items for any reason — including buyer's remorse — as long as the item is unused and in resaleable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • The item has been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way
  • The return is requested after the 14-day window
  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect

How to Request a Refund

  3. Reason for the return
  4. Photos (if relevant)
  5. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us within the 14-day return window.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement. If it’s delayed:
